Beehotel is a hotel chain located in several major cities throughout Europe, for instance, London, Amsterdam, Paris and Berlin. They offer clean, comfortable and quality service for a great value. Perfect values for a target audience of city tourists and business travellers.

Ruud helped to design a distinct logo mark that works for all their different touchpoint; ranging from a limited space toothbrush to the front of their hotels.

How Ruud helped Beehotel to convey their brand values

Accessible & Comfortable are the key brand values of Beehotel. The simple symmetrical shape of the symbol in combination ensures that the hotel chain has a reliable appearance. The lowercase type next to the logo symbol establishes an accessible look and feel.

The not too bright yellow colour makes for a friendly and approachable hotel chain. A too colourful would make the hotel look “cheap”, while they need to communicate a certain level of quality.
